Detailed Application Steps

1. Complete the Application Form

Fill out our online lease application form with accurate personal, employment, and rental history information. All applicants 18 years or older must complete a separate application.

2. Pay Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of Tzs. 00 per applicant is required to process your application. This covers the cost of credit and background checks.

3. Submit Required Documents

Upload copies of the following documents with your application:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of income (pay slips, tax returns, or offer letter)
  • Previous landlord contact information
4. Application Review

Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. We verify employment, income, rental history, and run credit/background checks. You may be contacted for additional information.

5. Approval Notification

If approved, you'll receive an email with lease details and instructions for signing. Denied applicants will receive an explanation in accordance with fair housing laws.

6. Sign Lease & Pay Deposits

Sign your lease electronically and pay the security deposit and first month's rent to secure the property. All payments must be made via certified funds.

7. Schedule Move-In

Coordinate with our property manager to schedule your move-in date and key pickup. A property orientation will be conducted at this time.

Application Requirements

Minimum credit score of 000 (exceptions may apply)
Combined gross monthly income of at least 2 times the monthly rent
No evictions within the past 5 years
No felonies involving violence or property damage
Positive rental history from previous landlords
Valid government-issued photo ID
